The Achillea project consists of a photovoltaic self-consumption installation located in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, with a power of 550 kWp. An investment opportunity in the form of Crowdlending for 5 years with an annual interest rate of 8%, in a project with long-term PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) reducing investment risk by not depending on energy prices.
Each year, you will receive the interest and gradually recover part of the invested capital.
Why Achillea? This flower covers the natural spaces of Barcelona, the location framed by this photovoltaic project. The stem of our flower, symbolizing progress, grows rapidly above the other flowers it accompanies, just as the profitability of this project will.
The objective of this project is to finance a Self-Consumption Installation for PASAPESCA SA, a medium-sized company located in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. Since 1975, PASAPESCA has operated as a wholesale distributor of fish, seafood, and other food products. The goal is to reduce the energy cost of its refrigeration chambers and decrease its carbon footprint.
Averta Capital SPV, the project developer and owner of the solar panels, will carry out the installation, operation, and exploitation of the photovoltaic plant through an ESCO (Energy Service Company) model. In this way, PASAPESCA will obtain renewable energy at a lower cost without making any investment, accelerating its energy transition without impacting its business financially.
