In the case of personnel management and selection, we collect academic and professional data in order to meet the obligations arising from the maintenance of the employment relationship or, where applicable, for said persons to become part of our workforce.

In this case, the information will be blocked and not used beyond its retention, while it may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or to address any liability that may arise.
Who do we communicate your data to?
In general, at FLOBERS CROWDFUNDING SPAIN PFP, SL does not share your personal information, except for those transfers of data that we must make based on legal obligations.
Although it is not a data transfer, to provide you with the requested service, third-party companies such as the payment entity LemonWay, who act as our suppliers, may access your information to carry out the service we have contracted with them. Likewise, your personal information will be available to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts, to respond and comply with any potential liabilities arising from the processing.
International data transfers
There are no international transfers of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
What are your rights regarding the processing of your data and how can you exercise them?
Data protection regulations allow you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of data, as well as opposition and limitation to their processing, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, when appropriate. If consent has been given for data processing, you have the possibility to withdraw it at any time.
These rights are characterized by the following:
- Their exercise is free, except in cases where they are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive in nature), in which case FLOBERS CROWDFUNDING SPAIN PFP, SL may charge a proportional fee based on the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act.
